Offer of Employment
Working closely and in strictest confidence with your Solution consultant we can effectively assist and represent you in negotiating and finalising a prospective offer of employment that meets your financial and career aspirations.
In the event of a formal written offer, read through carefully and feel free to discuss in confidence with your consultant before making a final decision.
Resignation
Your resignation is the next stage of your career development. This can be stressful and sometimes emotional and at times unpleasant for all involved.
Always resign in writing and keep the letter simple.
If you're leaving in good circumstances and would like to say a little bit more, try and emphasise the positives.
If however, you're leaving in difficult or tense conditions it is important to remain professional and dignified.
In most occurences a departure date would be agreed/finalised upon handing in your resignation letter. This can always be changed by mutual agreement but it will set you a basic framework or timetable in place prior to your leave date.
